Each set includes 4 packs: 2 chest and 2 back. Polyacrylite crystal pouches absorb and hold water to keep rider cool in high temperatures. Hydrate pouches by soaking in cool water for up to five minutes before placing in jacket. Pouches last about one year or 50 uses. Hydration packs fit into all mesh jackets with hydration pockets.
Small size fits Women's XS-L and Men's S-M.
Medium size fits Women's XL-2W and Men's L-XL.
Large size fits Women's 3W and Men's 2XL-5XL.
